Terms of Use

Introduction

By using Woohoo, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Woohoo product.

Licensing Options with Termination Rights

The Woohoo Software License provides flexible licensing options based on your needs:

  1. One-Time Purchase: Grants you unlimited and perpetual access to Woohoo's complete set of features.

  2. Subscription Plans: Offers yearly subscriptions that limit usage based on the selected plan:

    • Solo: License for one project or website.

    • Freelancer: License for up to five projects or websites.

    • Agency: License for unlimited projects or websites.

These plans cater to independent creators, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, enabling them to build blogs, e-commerce sites, and other web projects quickly and effectively.

Please note that the licensor retains the right to terminate any license at any time without prior notice or conditions. This ensures the licensor maintains control over software distribution and usage.

By opting for any Woohoo Software License, users acknowledge these termination rights, which offer adaptability in unforeseen circumstances.

Woohoo is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the product within 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund.
